The overcoming cycle does not necessarily mean danger

The usual overcoming cycle is: wood restrains earth → earth restrains water → water restrains fire → fire restrains metal → metal restrains wood. “Overcoming” generally means restraint or regulation here, not inevitable harm or bad fortune.

Generating and overcoming are two kinds of relationship within a traditional model. The word “overcoming” alone cannot establish that a marriage, career or family will suffer. Judging one person to be harmful to another solely from an animal sign, colour or jewellery material lacks a reliable basis and may cause unnecessary fear. Choose cultural accessories according to personal customs and taste; such claims should not pressure anyone into buying supposed remedies.
